Wan Nian Chun Zi Pu Ziang
Also known as "Thousand Year Spring Nourishing Syrup," this is a combination of eight herbs that improves strength in those with asthma and arthritis. Ginseng root is among its ingredients. Recommended dosage: 10 cc with water, once daily.

Qing Bi Tang
Commonly known as Nasal Tabs or Pueraria Combination, this 13-herb formulas is indicated for acute and chronic sinus congestion, allergic rhinitis, and headache. It contains ephedra, magnolia flower, and licorice root. Read above for cautions about ephedra. Recommended dosage: 2-4 tablets, three times a day.

Salboku-To
This combination of ten herbs has been found to reduce the bronchial spasms and other symptoms of steroid-dependent asthma. It contains licorice root, perilla seed, magnolia flower, and Chinese skullcap. Read label for dosage.

Kai Yeung Pill
Also known as "Pit Viper Dispel Itching Pill," this 12-herb formula relieves skin itching and is especially useful for cases of eczema and allergic contact dermatitis. It contains astraglus root, ginseng root, and xanthium fruit. Recommended dosage: 30 pills, three times a day. Avoid during pregnancy.
